Every helper is a current UNC Charlotte student with a confirmed .edu email and a government or student ID on file. Our team personally reviews and approves each one before they can take a single job.
You set the price when you book, anywhere from $20 to $600, and it's paid directly to your student at the jobsite. You can adjust it up to two times until a student accepts. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Right now, payment is handled directly between you and your student at the jobsite. Cash works great, and most students also share their Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle when they accept your job. We're integrating secure online payments soon.
Students are walking into your home, and you're welcoming them in. Verification protects both sides. IDs are encrypted, seen only by our vetting team, and never shared with other users.
